These terms apply to IntelliDesign, the structural modeling assistant, and its website. IntelliDesign Studio operates the product. Contact: [email protected].
Purpose and requirements
IntelliDesign is a Windows desktop tool for importing structured DXF geometry and supported Excel loads into PKPM. Users need suitable engineering knowledge and must follow the guide. Windows, PKPM and other third-party licenses are not included.
The software does not promise to recognize arbitrary DWG files, PDFs or scanned drawings. Users must review imported results and perform the required engineering checks.
One-time pricing and license terms
Through December 31, 2028 at 23:59:59 (UTC+8), pay CNY 9.9 for 1 month or CNY 99 for 1 year. New purchases and renewals receive this offer automatically without a code. Eligibility uses server time at order creation, and each order retains its quoted price. Purchased license terms remain valid after the offer ends. New orders then return to regular prices of CNY 99/month or CNY 499/year unless another offer is shown on the pricing page. There is no automatic renewal or automatic charge after expiry. Terms follow calendar months or years, clamped to month-end when needed. Taxes and the final total appear at checkout. After expiry the app prompts you to purchase again. Start a repurchase in the app: an active license extends from its expiry, while an expired license starts its new term at payment.
Paddle processes purchases, billing and payments as the authorized reseller. Purchases are also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. IntelliDesign Studio provides the software license and technical support.
One-computer license and replacement devices
Each license permits activation on one computer and must not be shared for simultaneous use by other users. Verify your purchase email through Switch PC / recover for a free transfer preserving the expiry date. Two self-service device transfers are allowed per rolling 30 days; same-device recovery, failures and retries do not count. Quota exceptions, inaccessible purchase mailboxes and existing offline files can be reviewed by support without an additional transfer fee.
Online activation allows up to seven days offline after the last successful online verification, within the license expiry. A migrated old device loses access on its next online verification; a disconnected device may retain its existing grace period. Signed licenses for isolated networks remain valid until their signed expiry and cannot be remotely recalled immediately. An old signed file may therefore remain usable after migration until that expiry. See Activation & licenses for the steps.
Delivery and support
After payment is confirmed, retrieve the key on the website and activate it in the app. The key and instructions are also sent to the email associated with the Paddle purchase. Acceptance by the mail service does not guarantee inbox delivery. Check again later if payment is not yet confirmed. Recover a lost key by verifying your purchase email, and submit a support request if ownership cannot be verified.
Expiry and refunds
No renewal cancellation is needed. Paid features become unavailable after expiry and the app prompts you to buy again if you choose. Refunds, reversals or chargebacks may suspend the affected license for support review. Refunds follow the separate refund policy.
Rights and responsibilities
You retain rights to your project files. Rights to the software and documentation belong to their respective owners. Do not bypass licensing, resell licenses unlawfully or infringe others’ rights. These terms do not limit non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
Changes
Changes to features or service terms will be published on the website. Changes materially affecting license prices or rights will be communicated in advance as required. Send questions, complaints or disputes to the support address above.
30-day trial
Claim the trial online after first launch. No payment details are required and it does not charge automatically. The 30-day period runs continuously from the server-recorded claim time. One trial is available per device identifier; repeating a claim or reinstalling does not extend the existing expiry. Purchase a 1-month or 1-year license when ready.
Start the purchase in the app to link your trial. Eligible remaining trial time carries over into the paid term once. See Activation & licenses for the steps.
Bug reports
The app provides a report field and optional reply email. The server sends the content you enter to support; drawings, logs and license keys are not attached automatically. If submission fails, keep your text or email support directly.
