The app processes DXF geometry prepared to its rules, not arbitrary DWG, PDF or scanned drawings. An engineer must check imported results before structural analysis and design.

Use mm and one origin in DXF; use the supplied load template. Review parsing and matching before writing.

Save and back up the project, confirm the target floor, then write and inspect the saved result.

Licensing & support
Do I need to buy again after changing PC or losing my key?
An active license does not need to be bought again. On the target PC, open License → Switch PC / recover and verify your purchase email. Access to the old PC is not needed. See Activation & licenses for the steps.
How will I receive my license?
After payment is confirmed, retrieve the key on this website. The key and activation instructions are also emailed to the purchase address. Recover a lost key using your purchase email; do not buy again.
What if the PC running the app must stay offline?
First choose activation, recovery or renewal in Activation & licenses. Export a request from the target PC, process it on a connected computer, then download and import the activation file on the target PC. Downloading the file alone does not activate the app.
How do I preserve remaining trial or license time?
Start the first purchase in the app’s License window to link your trial; eligible unused trial time carries over. Link your existing license for renewal. For a PC that stays offline, follow Activation & licenses → Extend an existing license.
Will I be charged automatically at expiry?
No. There is no automatic renewal. Choose whether to renew when the license expires. See the refund policy for refunds.
