Licensing, purchases and device changes

CNY 99 for 1 month or CNY 499 for 1 year, with no automatic renewal, with one computer per license. During an active license, support can reset a replacement device for free without changing the remaining term. Provide your purchase email and Paddle order details; do not buy again if delivery is delayed.

Report a bug

In Submit Bug, describe the steps, expected result and actual behavior; a reply email is optional. Only entered content is sent. Drawings, logs and keys are not attached automatically. Keep your text if sending fails, or email support directly.

Downloads and release availability

The new installer and online purchases are still being prepared; check the homepage for availability. Trial carryover and up to seven days of offline access are not released yet. Follow the prompts in your installed version.
